food was fabulous and service was even better. the absolute best thing we got was the falafel... they were so fresh, crispy, and moist! we could have easily ordered a single entree to split between 2 adults because the servings are pretty generous, but the leftovers are so worth it. we went at like 2:45 pm on a weekend and there were still a good chunk of people eating in or picking up! will definitely be back.

Food was delicious I got salmon and a salad. My one friend got Lamb and he couldn't say enough about it, my other friend can't remember what she had but she also enjoyed so thumbs up!!!

Food is really good. Authentic. Lots of options. Very reasonable prices and good portions. The ONLY reason I don't give it 5 stars...I took half a star off for somewhat slow service. Food took a bit, and waited on refills. But not awful. The other half star was because the outside/patio/grass area needs some attention. It almost stopped us from coming in. Don't let it. I suggest it gets cleaned up, more lighting, a speaker for some ambient music...maybe people would enjoy and appreciate the large shaded patio! Go in anyways. The inside is nice, more updated.

Nish is a true hidden gem up in the River Oaks neighborhood with the authentic Middle Eastern flavors that we love. The cauliflower was cooked exactly like I love it (on the crispy side), and their Kafta kababs were juicy and delicious. Their portions are huge, and their prices are more than reasonable - especially considering all that comes with the main Entrée - choice of rice or fries, hummus or babaganoush, and Soup or salad. They seem to have lots of room with comfortable seating and what looks to be a buffet setup. They even have what looks like great ice cream flavors and a case of paletas with lots of wonderful choices. And I cannot say enough about their service. Everyone was attentive, friendly, helpful, and right there when we needed something. There's no doubt we'll be back.
